PLAYDALE GARDEN REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.This 14 day returns policy is to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
- We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product;
- The returned product is unused and still packaged as it was when we delivered to you enabling us to resell the product as new.
In order for you to take advantage of your rights under this Returns Policy, you must contact us by telephone/e-mail prior to returning your product and within 7 days of delivery.
We will give a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this Returns Policy. We will not refund the original delivery charges or the cost of returning the product to us (unless the product is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as we have described on our website).
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product we will not provide a refund or exchange the product.
